That was a fantastic job of game management coaching wise. He knew he had a couple stops in his defense and made sure he had Nox wore down a little on the defensive side to use them. They ran their est stuff on offense after those stops.

Anyone that payed half attention all year knew Brandon’s defense is hot garbage.  Their offense has been nearly unstoppable however.  But so far looks like tupelo clicking on all cylinders.

Brandon just struggles to get it done in the end. In almost all sports.

That 2024 baseball state championship was their first in a major sport. Ever.

They can get to the ‘ship, they just can’t seal the deal. And this football team is a very emotional one. Emotion harnessed is passion. Emotion unchecked is immature recklessness. Brandon trends toward the latter.

Good game in 3a I think the best teams fought it out. A couple of thoughts,

 

1. Mhsaa can do better with the tv coverage.

 

2. Did Brandon forget to get off the bus, or is the talent disparity that bad in 7a this year. Brandon looks awful. Put 8 in the box and make them throw it. 
 

3. The lack of high school teams that can’t make an extra point much less 30 or less yard field goal 7a-Mais is embarrassing

Raleigh did improve in that area this year.

Lack of training. Off season or summer school needed. Then offer Coaching/Officiating at the Vo Tech level in school for the future.
