As long as football coach is hired before spring training things should be fine. The principal and whom ever involved is dealing with other school functions. An assistant football coach on said committee may be coaching track or baseball. Then normally you have some teachers whom make sure their on the committee to have some say as to whom they want to work with. In reality it should be an odd number with principal, asst principal, AD, booster club president, maybe Cheerleader sponsor, available asst coach, bandmaster, etc usually chosen by principal. Time gets the right coach.

Key in your school and click on sport. If football is (0-0) on schedule. The schedule is either updated or ready to be updated.

Hudson Fan is an app that currently shows some 2025 schedules updated. If the school record shows 0-0 the schedule is completed. It the schedule shows 10-2 that's the 2024 schedule.

I have seen the Meridian schedule without Ocean Springs listed. ??? but Meridian AD posted it.
