They have no defense or not enough to win by 20. A few 55 to 35 scores and their at least 3-3.
-
Yes like Thursday before.
-
Usually right before State Championships in December. In 2022 it was November 3rd day of small school playoffs starting. My guess is wait and see.
-
Yes out of the way for 49 but yes
-
Unofficial: I was told that Raleigh missed 3A by 3 students. If true the cutoff is at 227 if Raleigh turned in 224.
-
If your coming 55 South from Memphis, Batesville, Grenada, Madison, Canton, going North to St Andrew's, Ridgeland etc. I will suggest Lakeland Exit at St Dominic's, east to Treetops Blvd at G I Associates right back to 468 right towards 49 heading South. Perhaps 35 at Vaiden down thru Kosciusko, Carthage, Forest, Raleigh back into 49 at Mt Olive. Perhaps 220 South at Ridgeland to I-20 East to 49.

Most of Puckett players look like 5 ft 8 135 lbs. And i mean 90%.
-
Puckett will not score now that they lost their running back against Leake County. They are starting mostly freshman and sophomores now.

Beginning October 15th 2024 both Pearl River Bridges on I-55 Noth south of the Coliseum will have 2 lanes closed for Hydro Demolition. When those bridges are completed the I-20 East/55 North Bridge work will begin. Project Completion Date is 3/13/2026. And yes all travel North is being to find alternate routes. This will affect all you traveling to a sporting event. Just a heads up.

I was told last night the smallest 3A is 227. And that Raleigh missed 3A by 3 students. Obviously the Quitman 320-325 & PCS played a roll. Still 1 3A had to go up to replace Wingfield. I still believe Pisgah goes up due to population growth in NE Rankin County. I feel like Moss Point may drop to 3A. Then East Webster and Enterprise to 2A. Maybe Scott Central and St Andrew's goes up. I believe there will be changes to the current 2A R5/R6 make up.

As of today those numbers have not been updated at MDE.
-
Who is dropping down in both classes?
-
Raleigh 42 Puckett 0 Wolves 2 first downs all night. Raleigh with 2 scoops and scores including #52. Lions also returned opening 2nd half 98 yards for a score. Long season for Puckett without their starting rb.
-
Raleigh 28 Puckett 0
-
Lake 36 Newton 8 Pisgah 34 St Andrew's 6

I don't necessarily trust them either
-
MaxPreps has it Pisgah 34-6 4th

Any news on Simpson County since April regarding Consolidation. I suppose this would be the time to know something.
-
Scott Central had 186 in 2022

Why Smith County keeps losing numbers Chronic Absenteeism Report from MDE last year: Mize. 137 students out of 837 Raleigh. 75 out of 626 Tville. 102 out of 491 Those kids will eventually drop out, home school, or go to Simpson/Sylva Bay.
-
NE is staying 4A makes me think some if not most turned in lower numbers than last year if not less than 2 years ago.
-
If feel like you know your classification and region let's post it. Raleigh R6 2A. As to who might replace Pisgah should they move up: Scott Central, Lake, Mize.
-
probably but it has happened and back years ago it was a 3 way tie for 4th. It went to a coin toss. The coach had driven 1 hr to get a film when he found out the 4th place team lost the coin toss in Clinton. About 20 years ago.

3 teams at 1-3 or 2-2 you can be the 5th seed and out on a tiebreaker.
