Vott
Never thought I would see the day football games got moved because of rain. Back in my days we would always hope to get at least one sloppy wet muddy field game.

I guess its this new generation of fans. I always had a poncho, raincoat or umbrella. Sitting in the elements never bothered me.

I've sat in freezing cold too. For me, it gets to be like water rolling off of a duck's back.

Dubaction
OG and Pearl play tonight. Don’t think it’s weather related. OG has played the last game of the regular season on Thursday several times in the past.

OG has played the last game of the regular season on Thursday several times in the past. It's not weather related. Within the last several years MHSAA has made the last regular season game on Thursdays. Last week 1A-4A had to play on Thursday night to conclude their regular seasons as well. The only games that should be scheduled for this Friday night are 1A-4A 1st round playoff games.

Rebel Bert
Mississippi has been put under a Marginal Risk of Severe Weather Friday Afternoon and Evening if You live along and East of the Natchez Trace. 60 mph winds , quarter size hail, and tornadoes are not being ruled out. So be prepared with umbrellas, ponchos, whatever to stay dry. And remember lightening in the area will send teams to the locker room. I think years ago Bogue Chitto and Union played to 3 AM to finish a game that went into multiple delays and OT.
NoWammies
Did it even rain anywhere today in MS? I’m in Illinois right now so not sure but when I looked at weather earlier for MS it wasn’t showing anything.
