They need someone there to develop the kids and willing to build this program back. Every year the talk is Taylorsville not having talent that is incorrect. The principal and whom ever involved is dealing with other school functions. An assistant football coach on said committee may be coaching track or baseball. Then normally you have some teachers whom make sure their on the committee to have some say as to whom they want to work with. In reality it should be an odd number with principal, asst principal, AD, booster club president, maybe Cheerleader sponsor, available asst coach, bandmaster, etc usually chosen by principal.
