Picayune has an open date September the 29th. I don't know about PRC's end of it though. How ridiculous to only have 4 conference games. As I've said before, there really are no longer any State champions, just the best of 23 other teams. Won 3 straight state titles from 2019-2021. Had a great sophomore season last year and probably be one of their main contributors on both sides of the ball this year. Dub, I don’t see this being near as competitive as the GCS game was. That year GCS was like a 6A public school championship contender where as MRA this year is more like a 4A public school championship contender. They lost a lot on defense to graduation that they’ll have to find replacements for as well as their go to receiver. No they didn't Slick. The amount of playoff games for 5A-7A are the same as before. What he is referring to is region 3-6A where there's only 5 teams in that region due to Jim Hill being independent.
