hasbeen67
Back in the conference days, there was one in the east-central area (ECAC was name) that included Cumberland, Mathiston, Mabben, Sturgis, Weir, Durant. Other teams that still exist for now - Ethel, Noxapater, Nanih Waiya. They turned out a pretty good number of D1 players for 1A schools mostly in the late 70's and 80's. Was there ever a high school in Artesia and if so, did they participate in football?
