It was better, but y’all played a great ballgame. It was a great game to watch.

You have to take advantage of breaking serve when you get it. After the fourth down stop and interception it looked like Sims went conservative. Pascagoula had no answer for Picayune's halftime adjustments on defense until they spread Picayune out on the last drive and scored. It was a strange game for Pascagoula they didnt really establish anything although a few things worked. That Picayune RB is special . He broke tackles on the edge time and time again. That TD run in the first half was a highlight. Pascagoula is a definite contender. They just have to get out of their own way, This seems like a year where Sims will get another shot at Picayune. It's happened before.

It's happened before. The game turned when Picayune stopped us on the 4th and short. That was a coaching blunder: Picayune called a Double A gap blitz and the coaches should’ve checked out of the run between the tackles. You’re right about Pascagoula going conservative. The three and out in the 3rd quarter when they called three consecutive runs was puzzling considering how well Corder has thrown the ball this year. Picayune capitalized on the nothing punt and seized control.
