Raleigh only scored once on offense but also scored on a fake punt and on a fumble return. The fumble return was a blown call by the official because the runner clearly down, but refs are human. Their last drive was crucial, taking up the final 6 minutes of the game. Any updates on numbers each school turned in.

s1nglewing
My take of the three games I mostly watched: Parklane is a very well coached team, but JP had the better atlhetes. That was the difference. MRA was faster, smaller, stronger, better prepared, and better coached by far...than Oak Grove. Clarkdale needs to give their DC a raise. Great job. Tidesmanforlife
Picayune ain't even close to the defense they have had the last several years. The defense in the past never give up 90+ yard runs. We will be ok when we get to district play.

longhorn75
Probably the biggest shock was MRA Oak Grove. I’m sure even MRA fans were shocked how lopsided that victory was in MRA’s favor. Especially after losing White to graduation. Nobody would’ve thought MRA would have a running clock against OG in the beginning of the second half. Dubaction
OGs problem is the defensive coordinator literally only runs 0 coverage man to man D. Most years they have the athletes capable of doing so. This year they do not. Also they didn’t look prepared or motivated coming off the Hattiesburg loss. You don’t beat Grenada and Ocean springs then turn around and lose to MRA like that unless there’s some sort of issues in the locker room. They have a real problem that needs to be solved asap.
