It'll definitely be a challenge, but I'm not sure if it's a good job. If you're looking to get your foot in the door in Mississippi from Arkansas, maybe it provides an opportunity for you. Who knows? They are one of the better districts in the delta. Pay is Ok, school is always high rated. Football just doesn't have enough of the jimmy and joes to be competitive.
