Another example Coach Barr won a lot of games at Petal but no titles. He left for OG at a time when OG wasn’t winning and turned that into a championship program. If I had to guess probably Reynolds at West Jones. Petal’s biggest problem right now is they are a smaller 7a school. Just need the community to support football more than academics and show choir. So he went to OG I believe for a year before taking the WJ job. With what he brings back I can’t see him leaving. I could be wrong it definitely wouldn’t be the first time lol. So for those that run it it can be successful with more and better available talent at Petal and larger schools. Can they beat Oak Grove and Brandon I am not sure. Time will tell. Woodrow needs a few years to be ready to move up. The Taylorsville Seminary West Marion offense can be dangerous with the right talent.
