Heard a few schools were practicing last week with pads on. A local coach told me it was supposed to just be helmets last week. Anyone know for sure? Also what happens to the schools that practiced early with pads on?

Brandon is part of Ranking county school system which has multiple High Schools. Yes, I am sure Brandon pays better than Pisgah but it ain't going to be crazy.

A little surprised by this. You hire another guy. That falls through for whatever reason. Then you do a second interview process and hire a guy you had on staff the whole time. I am not saying he won't do a great job. Just a little peculiar in my opinion.

What do you do with the #3 Wr in the country in his offense?

Dang that's two of the best Wr in the country in Ms. Both will have new head coaches next year.

Yeah, I think the Qb was the coach's son. I'm not sure if he graduated but I'm sure he will go with his dad if he didn't. Hopefully, they will get a coach in there who can utilize his talents.

Doesn't Green have a really good WR coming back next year?

Hammer Morgan was named the next head coach at Clinton.

SO this will allow them to eventually keep the PreK at the two towns and eventually open a consolidated high school if they want to. Both towns would have an elementary school with a consolidated middle and high school opened somewhere in between the two but I don't know if the county would have the money to build a new school and if the two towns would ever let this happen even though it may be for the best and the only way for them to compete and keep kids from going to jones county.

That is the case in most 1A programs.

Do they not have anyone on staff they could promote? You would think at a 5A school one of the coordinators would be at least qualified after what has gone on down there with everything.

Have not seen this job posted. What are they doing?
