I’m sure it has changed drastically, but I interviewed for a coaching position at a private school in Marion county. The proposed number was around 14.5. That was teaching and assisting in 2 sports.

Yeah, having 31 players(State) already transferring out is pretty good retention rate.

JPS can’t pay their bills anywhere. I doubt that they are worried about anything dealing with athletics, besides maybe basketball.

Every year is supposedly Holmes County Central’s year, but it’s not. Their staff has a plethora of talent and wastes it; at best, they’re second round warriors.

You don’t have to recruit when you already have talent in the halls.

There aren’t any pulp wood haulers out at Brandon; Hartfield and MRA will definitely be shopping.

Hattiesburg and Holmes County Central will both get out coached out of the 1st round of the playoffs like always.

It was actually 2 coaches who did it.
