Football In MS Posted March 12, 2025 Share Posted March 12, 2025 I guess Williams felt like 3 trips to state in 4 years and still no championship to show for it meant time to leave. He’ll definitely make more bank at UMS. Anyone think there are other big name head coaches of programs in MS who could throw their names in for this job? See MHSAA/JOBS Surprised the AD position isn’t separate from HFC position. Helps increase HFC $$$ when combined, but that’s a lot of responsibility throughout the year. It seems to me like it would make better sense if it was two separate positions. Do you want this guy to have some family time or not? You are correct. It's how they bump the HFC pay. If they were separate jobs they'd have to make sure the AD pay was higher than the HFC every time they searched.
