No offense but Meridian is gonna be pretty bad this year from what I’ve heard.

I don’t understand the point being made here. MY point is he has more talent to work with at OG and has a pretty successful track record regardless of competition.

I mean personally I’m glad we don’t have that situation I like seeing us play stiff competition most weeks. That’s just me though. It’s no fault of West Points they can only play what’s in front of them. Just calling it what it is.

I’m not hating. I’m actually halfway joking. As a non biased fan I just like seeing parity.

When he was DC they won state. Sounds like he’s in the right spot.

Safe to say there’s more talent at OG. I believe he was the HC at Hazelhurst to be clear. Dunno who was running the defense

2 D1 DTs up front. Great speed and decent size at the ends and LB including Mac McDaniel who’s a stud. No big names in the secondary like in the past but we have a new D coordinator that made and won state at Hazelhurst as a DC and HC. He seems solid and doesn’t run cover 0 all game like the last DC. You can only get away with that so much.

Oak Grove is loaded. Only real question mark is will the WR core be an elite group because there’s no real big names. Solid across the board everywhere else and Kellen Hall may end up being the best QB in 7a these next 2 seasons.

Funny how this kinda started the trend of the back and forth between the schools in terms of players moving but all my Hattiesburg friends act like it’s something we started lol

Hattiesburg won’t be anywhere close to what they were last year. They blew a golden opportunity to win it in their back yard. Although Grenada was really good. And the better coached team by a mile.

How often do you guys play Slidell? Seems like a game that could be scheduled pretty often and last I checked they are usually half decent.
