Should have added a poll into this one. Picayune is my most feared opponent. Meat grinder at it’s finest.

Given our last 3 matchups with them in which I thought we should have won and lost. And games with coast teams how would they not be when we play them? You know strange things happen when you play Pascagoula and it’s never good. Picayune is always my most feared opponent whenever there is a chance we play them.

I said before the season, if Vance and Hattiesburg were going to hoist a gold ball, it was this year. I still stand by that. They are really good. Defensively, they are big and fast. Offensively they have playmakers all over and they are well coached. Hattiesburg has the defense I believe can slow down Darrell Smith and the Picayune offense. After watching the Tigers grind out a great win over a good Pascagoula team last night, I am real excited for this game and might just make the trip up. Right now, I think Hattiesburg wins by 7-10 range.

My score prediction is if we don’t let Picayune hang around with long sustained drives I like Hattiesburg (41-17) if they hang around with sustained drives Hattiesburg (26-21)

atleast 3-4 pass tds and 1-2 rush tds

4 sacks on D, 2 INT &1 for a td  & hold the Tigers to 150 total yards

Then yall might WIN

What if we had 3-4 rushing TD’s and 1-2 passing TD’s.  That would still be sufficient, correct?  Also there’s probably some wiggle room with the 150 total yards.

1) Apart from punting, Hattiesburg’s special teams are abysmal.

2) The Hattiesburg defensive line is dominant and should pull their weight.

3) Hattiesburg doesn’t have the offensive identity of Picayune.  In fact, they don’t have an identity.  Vance’s legs are what move the chains, not his arm.

If Picayune corrals him, they win.

Ok, keep thinking that. That arm has him at nearly 2,000yds passing

Hattiesburg.  By double digits.

This is the best defense picayune will see since West Hones last year.  And it will have similar results.  Whoever thinks Brandon has a better defensive delusional.  They gave up over 40 a couple times havnt they?  Clinton went over 60, years
