Wesson will not have much trouble with enterprise. Wesson plays good run defense this year and Enterprise does not have the athletes to play with them. If Enterprise could throw the ball, they could make it a decent game. They don’t match up well with Wesson.

I can’t wrap my head around this stuff man. I know the kids need to be punished for their actions, but parents now are the ones who need to shoulder the most blame for all this. We are raising up kids to be entitled little brats who don’t believe there should be consequences for actions. It’s the dadgum parents fault.

I think Lake beats Loyd Star too. That should be the only 4 seed over 1 seed upset.

I think Collins will beat Puckett, but Collins is playing their worst ball of the season at the absolute worse time. They played horrible against Richton last week, and they got the brakes beat off of them by Heidelberg. I could see a situation where they have give up on the season and lose to Puckett.

Union has not been great defensively all season, but they score alot of points. I will say though, Philly jumped on them 18-0 In the first quarter and union shut them out the rest of the way.

He hurt us big time in the first half. I think we had 10 holding penalties in that game. We were constantly behind the sticks and couldn’t mount any kind of drive because of penalties. Johnson made two big plays that won the game for them.

There were players on that 2021 Nay Springs team that I thought were seniors that were only juniors. And no, I’m not considering anything they did against Mize. It’s very simple to understand. They went to south state, and lost to the eventual champion Scott Central, and were arguably the 2nd best team in 2A. And they returned basically their whole team this year, including all their star players. They have dominated everybody on their schedule, including 4A and 5A schools. Nobody has scored more than once against them all season and nobody has come within 5 touchdowns of them. And I doubt they have a close game all season.

No that’s not using the same logic, because Bay Springs did not return their entire team from last season, they lost most of their production from last season. Velma Jackson returned most of their entire team that lost to SC at south state. They were probably the 2nd best team in 2A last season and they brought everybody back. Raleigh and Bay Springs are a shell of what they were last year. Still good, but nowhere near what they were last season.

They have a couple more good players, but #4 is their workhorse. Without him, they take a big step back offensively. They are much better defensively this year though than they have been. I think they are a top 4 team in 3A south this year, but next year they could really make some noise. Right now I think JDC, Noxubee, and SSC is a better.

If #4 were to ever go down with injury, they would be in trouble. He does almost everything for them on offense.

Mize only lost 2 games last year and won their district before losing to Velma. Velma finished 2nd in their region behind Scott central and lost to Scott central again at south state. They were the only 2A team that made SC break a sweat last year. And almost that whole team returned this year.

And they have very few seniors. They will be really good next season.

Doesn’t matter. Regardless of the record, they played much larger schools and blew them out of the water. Bay Springs and Raleigh were both given a hard fought game from Tville that they pulled away with in the 4th quarter. VJ will handle Tville easily.
