Sounds like there needs to be an appeal then. I don’t understand why these teams (like Hancock & Goula) can’t just come in and play a clean football game. I reckon it’s because they are getting beat badly, but still they shouldn’t be taking out their frustrations on us. If they truly want to be angry and need to take their frustrations out, then they need to direct it to their coaches.

Was this supposed to be a trap game for them or are they just nonchalant about it?

Sometimes you gotta ride the hot hand.

Well here it is folks. Whether it’s in Calhoun or Soso or somewhere between it’s the matchup that we knew would happen sooner rather than later and here it is upon us. Time to open the floodgates LOL!

Will do. I’ll set up the poll too.

Not that I’m aware of. He seemed fine after the game. I know we had our JV in when Morgan kicked the field goal.

Hopefully they’ll haul in some extra bleachers or something because that away side is going to be fuller than a tick.

Wow! You were pretty much spot on. I know Morgan was happy to get to kick that field goal. Great job!

@Archer Y’all actually had a decent crowd show up to Picayune last night. Congrats on your season.

Fair point there. I guess my point is is that 5A South was such a mixed bag this year that you could draw a name out of a hat.

Well it comes down to Gautier and Laurel in the South. Can’t say we didn’t see that coming, but man oh man West Point is gonna have a field day/put on a clinic in Oxford.

Hey don’t count out Poplarville just yet. I totally get your viewpoint here and I don’t necessarily disagree, but it ain’t over till it’s over.

Even the Ike Gauntlet?

I hate that Germantown couldn't knock off Oxford last week, but they are definitely headed in the right direction though.

They've got money and resources, but the one thing they lack and this is the most important of all is culture. That's where they need to make the most improvement and unfortunately that won't happen overnight.
