I think the main issue with Hattiesburg is that they’ve got some walls out there. If they collide with any of them it will cause problems. Hattiesburg will need to avoid those walls in order to make a deep postseason run.

I tend to agree. I think that Terry-West Jones game was one of those rare perfect storms, but West Jones still got the shutout and the win no matter how bad it looked for West Jones.

That would have been equivalent to a 48-0 win. That's no different than getting to the 35 point differential by halftime and having just enough time left with a hot clock to squeak out a couple more scores.

Now if that were to come to fruition, yes we would have a Dizzy & Daffy Dean both coaching in the SEC at the same time, but who would have Dizzy and who would have Daffy? I don't think that would be a difficult question to answer.

I don't know if Selmon can or not, but if he could get Bob Stoops you would definitely be able to stabilize the ship and be able to inject talent into Mississippi State immediately. If Selmon wants to make a name for himself and get a big name hire to Mississippi State, that's the type of coach he should work on getting in the boat.

That's just a product of aggressive coaching and I don't really see anything wrong with that. If they were to do what the Atlanta Falcons should have done when they played the Patriots in the Super Bowl and just kneel it out the rest of the game, then obviously you're not giving your opponent the opportunity to come back and neither team is learning from their mistakes if anymore are made. I certainly don't think he's beaten anybody 222-0.
