It was just a good game, and somebody had to lose. They made the play and got the stop on the 2 point try. They probably had the advantage in total yards in spite of losing the turnover battle. I do believe we were more the more physical team, and was please with our effort. Morton beat 6a Pearl and JDC beat 6a D'Iberville. I believe we are the best team in 3a but we better start playing like it because 3a is tough. Mize has an injured starting defensive lineman and also another starting defensive player. If we would have been playing with them then this “elusive” zee sims would have been shut down at the line of scrimmage.
