I’m going to let the sippyboy think what he wants. We are good in Bassfield. Definitely no hard feelings. We definitely know we aren’t invincible. We just got beat is all. If you look at the trend. Since combining we have played in state ever other year.

My hat is off to Hazlehurst. They done what they needed to do to win. We was out played all around the field. We had chances to make it closer but didn’t. It’s called playing the game. They definitely wanted it more. Good luck the rest of the season!!

If we can contain the QB and play good defense as usual. We should be ok. Only thing worries me is that our history shows that we struggle with backyard football. It hard to prepare for it. Hazlehurst is good and very athletic. We should be able to move the ball. The toughness of the non district games have prepared us for the this situation. We definitely got to play a mistake free game.

I really really want it to happen again. You are correct we played a terrible 2A team. We have played a good 5A team. We struggled the first Half but when we made the adjustment. I never said Mancuso could win it by himself. I seen Mancuso out coach other coaches and I also seen Mancuso get out coached. I seen Raleigh in the south state finals. They will be the team to beat for sure. Don’t count your chickens before they hatch. I promise you can be beat and out coached any Friday night.

I seen Enterprise firsthand also. I seen Enterprise get hit in the mouth and played a good team. JDC May drop off alittle as Mancuso molds the team for the playoffs. As he always does. You actually thought you had it won last year in November. We have some pretty good backups that can play.

Hmm only wins if superior talent huh. Well since he has been the coach with superior or not talent he has only missed south state twice.

Like I said we shall see. Keep playing those smaller schools to make your record look good. It showed when it got to playoff time. We have been a fourth seed and still won a state championship. Don’t let a record fool you!
