They both have games against Notre Dame that would def put them in the playoff discussion if they can pull it off. Navy opened my eyes with their big win over Memphis. They do have the hardest remaining schedule of the two though. If Army can pull off the Notre Dame game I see them going into the Army/Navy game undefeated. Hopefully my Air Force Falcons can upset them both and take back the Commander In Chief trophy but not looking very likely right now. I do recall what you’re talking about though but just can’t remember who it was. I’ve gone back 20 years on Army and they’ve had a bunch of games with just 1 attempt. Even over the years when we played Bama and the chance to beat them was small I still felt that we had a shot. It was in 2005 at LSU and I was there and I knew we had zero shot at kickoff . We were down 35-0 at the half. That is the last time I have had this hopeless feeling. Quite honestly it sucks. On a good note I will enjoy working outside tomorrow through the day. The ACC command center made a whats best for the conference decision with that decision to overturn the call. So i think they got it right in the end, I just thinking the process to get there was bad. I do not believe it was a TD and I think it’s nuts that it was ruled that way on the field.
