Bulldogs4
As frustrating as yesterday was for State, Lebby does have us moving in the right direction. We are on the verge of breaking through. Had State pulled out the win then almost assuredly Napier is gone. And Freeze? I don’t know. Auburn is good defensively but offensively (which was/is supposedly his strength) they are just plain bad. And I am thankful Arnold ended up there and not State. And Stoops may be wearing out his welcome in LEX. They did everything but win that game last night. You got to have some imagination at the goal line when a team with a strong defense front is bunched together in the middle.
pancho
James Franklin may have a few SEC schools to select from in a short time.........

Croom was nothing if not reliable against coaches about to get the axe. The last five years have not been the same story.

They’re a playoff contender and SECC contender as long as he’s there. Giving UGA all they can handle on the road, and they more than likely are at worst a 10-2 team. Before the season, I thought 8-4 was a fair prediction for Ole Miss... most seemed to think similar. IF Kiffin gets to the playoffs this year, he's more than earned his money. Whether or not Ole Miss makes the playoffs, Kiffin will be making more money next year... either in Oxford or elsewhere. I lean towards Kiffin stays in Oxford unless someone offers him a Jimbo Fisher type guaranteed deal... I can't blame him for leaving if he's offered ~$100 million guaranteed. pancho
what about the Kiffin compound that is being built for him and all the relatives?
Eagleman1228
I’d pump the brakes on Kiffin leaving. He can name his salary in Oxford. Also, he is 0-10 against ranked road game SEC opponents while head coach at Ole Miss. Edited October 22, 2025 by Eagleman1228
