All my State “buds” had already prematurely anointed them the national champs after they swept OM. These same people don’t seem to get the college baseball season is about getting hot at just the right time.

I think Jans and Beard accidently signed up for the wrong conference after last season. They accidently went to the one titled "How to Miss in the Transfer Portal" in Des Moines. They meant to attend the other one in West Palm.

I’ll be the first to admit State is exponentially better than they were last year despite how they have closed lately. If we can get by South Carolina, Florida and of course The Citadel, I have absolutely no doubt Black Friday is going to be a nail biter.
