I hope you find a guy who is that organized. Demeanor yes cause we were losing and nothing was going our way. Coach Vance was organized and he always tell the players to go and have fun on the field. Yes I have had my thoughts on Vance and staff but that were his team. Since he retired we have some inputs, yes and no on the upcoming hiring. If we make a great hire we will be back new year. This is a lot different situation than what Vance walked into and he will meet resistance from day one but it’s this small worded unclear crap is why most on here don’t think too favorably of the two or three of yall that show up every year on here then disappear. Why don’t you tell the fellas from north ms about the culture going on inside that building. Please tell us about the coach before Vance and the culture then. Lot of those folks still around. Some of that is in the public record if you want to go look.. Did Daryl Carter leave his chain in the facilities when he did his walk through ?
