I’m not mad at most of this. I usually don’t care for Cal polls for that matter. I do think Wayne County should be the 2nd or 3rd ranked team in 5a. 6A north is gonna be really fun to watch this year.

Agreed

Even still.. they shouldn’t and most likely wouldn’t hold 7 state championship games at a high school. If it’s not one of the big 3 they will play at Veterans.

Somebody is playing Thursday night regardless in my opinion

Hopefully Hattiesburg but wouldn’t surprise me if they get State or OM back in rotation

People don’t consider this when crapping on someone’s logo or uniforms lol. It’s hard to be authentic these days.

That’s not a dark horse. That’s a just a team that improved from the previous year. A dark horse is a sneaky threat to make a deep playoff run or win a title that we wouldn’t automatically think of.

I plan on checking out the stream for that if it’s up. Slidell is usually pretty decent. I’m actually a little surprised you guys don’t schedule them more often for a regular season cross state matchup.

Any other jamborees scheduled this week? Before yet another thread is hijacked by Enterprise talk…

It’s a good idea in theory. And I have no intel as to why we have the open date that we do but I just assume with us having 5 games plus a jamboree and the fact that we’re traveling to Hoover this year they placed that open date specifically for rest before district play. But I could be wrong.

Doesn’t this give you guys 2 open dates now ?

I’d love to see us play Picayune again. But based on our non conference schedule I don’t foresee them filing that bye week . We’re gonna need it.

Much more talented than 21.

MRA better come well prepared. OG is locked and loaded next season.

Reynolds is a solid hire. Been apart of one of the best programs in Mississippi for a few years now and knows what it takes to win.

That’s what I’m trying to figure out beneath all this fluff lol

? Why would they do 3 teams

Ahhhh I see poor April fools jokes attempts have made it to MST

He probably thinks a lot like you.

Luckily there’s not a lot of elite QBs in the state.

Hope he gets it. We could use another DC that doesn’t live and die by man to man coverage.

If you think you need a bunch of SEC guys to win a 5a title in Mississippi then you have no clue what you’re talking about.

Are they any good ?

I personally hope the kid ends up playing wherever he wants to play.

You guys may get your starting LB back. Well done.
