Dubaction

I don’t think he’s caught a pass while PJ was guarding him yet

One DB in particular is getting abused In this game. Absolutely abused

Special teams killing MS right now

I suppose we can use this as the running thread for this game. Kicking off now

That reminds me I’ve been meaning to ask… and I mean this in the most respectful way possible but why does Gulfport out of all the high school stadiums get that game every year? Who made that decision and based off what ?

Fast paced offenses with great QB play gave OG the most problems this season. WJ didn’t have to play anything close to a style like OG, Brandon, or Starkville this year but eye test wise they were really good defensively.

Don’t care about body of work I’m looking at who looked like the best team at the end of the year. OG or arguably WJ looked like the two best teams. Body of work got all of those teams to the ship.

They ain’t got enough offense for OG. After watching them in the state title games that’s my honest opinion

He never even bothered to move to Meridian from what I was told.

I guess you just so happen to get like 4-5 Poplarville kids too huh? Also tell me what area is growing faster ? Oak Grove or Petal?

OG and Brandon (should) reload. Pearl will be good. Petal could get the 4th seed.

The Vet is definitely plan Z.

From my understanding this will be a 3-4 year stint for Boyles idk how much he’ll get done in that time frame but he can at the very last have Petal in playoff contention

Who was coaching WC when yall beat Oxford ?

Looks like watching OG win a 3rd state title made them pony up some money and take football serious again across the river.

As in can they make the playoffs? Sure.

That would set Meridian back pretty significantly. But I’ve been posting here long enough to know better than to take what’s said here and run with it

No disrespect CC because I love our classics at the Ray but we as a state get way too caught up in what’s convenient for ourselves vs what the kids deserve. Hundreds of kids just played at the Vaught man… they will never get that chance again to play in an SEC level stadium. We have to remember the privilege and experience that comes along with playing in a state title game and THATS why I’m against playing at high school stadiums.

Tbh if I was a WP fan I wouldn’t give a damn where somebody ranked me. The results speak for themselves every year.

We get it you guys. West Point should be preseason #1.

We’re not playing our state championship games at high school stadiums fellas. It’s not happening lol

33 seniors man. Thats tough for anyone to recover from. Don’t get me wrong we’ll still be good but experience in high school ball matters.

The backup QB needs polishing. He has a juco offer so there’s some potential there but I expect a drop off unless he vastly improves this offseason. We’ll probably be more of defensive team next year because we lost 3 of our top 4 pass catchers as well. We’ve done a good job of reloading but I expect some growing pains. The defense should be pretty good but we’ll have to replace about half of those guys. We’ll always be talented but we won’t be what we were this year

Thanks Mout.

While I can smell the sarcasm here I can appreciate the post regardless. Thank you.
