Interim head coach Matt Maddox has been named head coach at Mize High School

If Petal or OG allowed it then It could, as could also the high school championship games. We had to move the games to Petal 4 years ago after a snow storm pushed the games back a week. I understand why USM is doing it. It just sucks for the kids whose goal is to make it to USM every year. It is what it is.

I think enterprise will win this game. Magee is pretty good defensively though.

Tinamites 5-6 years old, rookies 7-8 years old, midgets 9-10 years old, pee wee 11-12 years old. We play our state championships every year at USM, and have for years now. For them to kick us to the curb this year is disappointing. We are one of, if not the largest, youth football leagues in the south. We have between 40-50 schools in the MYFA.

This really sucks for the Mississippi youth football association who already was scheduled to have their championship games there that weekend, like we do every year. Kind of got the rug pulled out from under us there…

Coach Bynum fought hard. But he passed away at 1:45 this afternoon. Please pray for his family, and for this community. We are devastated and the students and players are having a rough time. Thank you for your prayers.

You don’t understand. My interpretation could be wrong or could be right. That’s not the issue. There has to be an understanding that objective truth exists, and that the Bible has proven itself to be the source of objective truth. Once that’s established, that’s all the matters. It and it alone is truth, and it will eternally be truth regardless if others interpret it wrongly. 2+2 will always equal 4, even if others think it equals 5.

Billions of interpretations are wrong. There is objective truth somewhere. The fact that not everybody agrees on what that objective truth us doesn’t mean it’s not true. It just means people are wrong. It’s not people who are right and people who are wrong. The Bible is truth. But many many people and their interpretation of it are wrong. Christianity has proven itself to be true, other religions have not. Ravi Zacarias, as flawed as a person he was morally, gives a wonderful explanation of this in some of his speeches. You should check them out.

Red states will fight it, thankfully. And probably will win out. But the whole “we will see you in court” mantra these states have is wrong. Don’t even bother taking it to court. Just do not comply, period.
