Well, Depends on who you ask. If you ask the people in the bleachers, they think their team is loaded with talent every year. So to them, unless you are undefeated, you are underachieving.

When I played in the 90’s that’s how it was. You had 4 teams in a district, and the top 2 teams made the playoffs.

You also have Heidelberg. They would likely be with bay springs, Newton, and enterprise and clarkdale. Kemper may have to be in 2A north. If Tville stays in 1A, you may could add Heidelberg to the same region they are in now. If Tville moves back up to 2A, then you would likely have Tville, Mize, North Forrest, Richton, and East Marion in the same region. Depending on how many east Marion and richton actually have. And then also Perry central if they happen to move down.

I think PRC already tried to get him and he turned them down.

They also lost two close games to Poplarville and Columbia, and have also beaten Laurel who is a much bigger school. Seminary’s only loss on the season is to JDC. They aren’t as good as Noxubee, but they are still good.

Petal isn’t going to hire anybody that runs the wing-t. He makes a lot more money than people realize. He has already turned down other jobs to stay at JDC. I think once he’s done at JDC he will retire. Maybe he goes somewhere like Lawrence county or somewhere similar, but I just don’t see it. I don’t see any schools bigger than 4A willing to hire somebody who runs a wing-t offense.

It’s kind of strange this year how nobody has really mentioned JDC at all as a contender. You can’t count them out.

Just what a few folks I know from Jeff Davis county has said. But I just asked a coaching friend that I know and he said the rumors are not true.

Can’t believe nobody has mentioned this yet, but I have heard that Lance Mancuso resigned as head coach a couple days ago. Is that actually true? Surely if this was true it would have been mentioned already.

Thats what I’m thinking. Some of those may be accurate, but I don’t think all of them are. Pisgah being so low really got me to questioning it

Well how are you finding the 8th grade numbers? I can only find 9-12

Well, it’s not too far off for us. We turned in 185. So they were only off by 3. I don’t know if those Tville numbers are correct though. Would that have Tville close to 2A?

I haven’t seen anything online. Only thing I saw for US news report was Raleigh had 269 for 9-12, and Mize had 226 for 9-12

Scott central? Tville? And what numbers did that website have for mize, that way I can tell if that site is accurate
