I have no clue but that may not be a bad idea for them. They definitely need to at least be in the wing-t or double wing. They don’t have the athletes to run a spread, IMO. Probably undersized on the OL as well

Their division is extremely weak. But their talent is way down. And gonna be down for a few years

Their first choice was Magee’s head coach. They offered him the job, but he eventually turned it down. I was a little surprised he did. Closer to home for him and more money. But I guess he knew wins would be really scarce at Puckett.

I don’t buy that at all. Especially if Chip comes back. Coach Russum was led to believe he was going to get the head job when Chip left and they pulled the rug out from under him. And even after all of that he still stayed. They we’re lucky to have him as their DC, but he will be fine in Brooklyn. Kids love playing for him.

From what I have heard, Pogue has accepted the Brandon job already.

I imagine that’s what gonna happen.

Bo Russum is going to be a the head coach for FCAHS. Chip Bilderbeck is going to come back to Columbia now that his wife is at USM. that’s my prediction

The rumors last season was that Barnes was going to oak grove. This year the rumor is he’s going to Petal.

Magee’s head coach.

Taylorsville’s best WR was Trey Barnes, then Dre Keyes. Pittman was not injured in the summer. The year before, TK Keyes blew his knee out in the summer

Magee lost 20 seniors, and all of them were starters. It will be good for the fans for a couple years, just for tailgating purposes. But after that I doubt Magee reschedules them.

Puckett job was turned down by the coach I thought would accept it.

I kind of like stringer to win the district next season. If not next season then definitely the next. I think Brady will have them much improved. They were already much improved this past season.

I think their OL will be their strength. They lose all their playmakers but 1, and he’s rumored to be on the move after this season, although I don’t believe it and that same thing was said last year. The issue I think will be for Tville will be their depth, especially on the line. The key for Tville will be getting their 2nd string bigger and stronger. Their starters will be ok.

They could. I think it’s a toss up between stringer, Tville, and Lumberton. I think all will be pretty close. I don’t think they will win many non-district games. Gonna be tough.

Sure they will. I think they win 4-5 games. The season after next though could be really ugly.

The Puckett job was offered to a current head coach. I believe he will accept the offer, but I could be wrong. I know I would accept the offer if it were me.

I think Puckett has their guy. He just hasn’t announced yet. I figure it will be announced sooner rather than later. And when it’s announced, that will mean another head job will be opened up somewhere nearby if I had to guess.

Taylorsville’s JV and junior high have never been as bad as it is right now. I don’t know if their junior high has won a game in the last 2 years. But they also are in 1A now so that will help them some, but if I had to guess I would say they will probably be playing catchup to Stringer for a little while. Would not be surprised at all if stringer doesn’t beat them next season.
