Both teams coming off a loss to both good teams. Magee lost to Mendenhall 35-15 after being up at the 1st half. Mize lost to PCS, a good football team, 21-17. Mize was without their best player, but was able to hold PCS QB, Wake Forest commit til 1TD 2nd half. They had the opportunity to score before fumbling and recover by PCS with time running out. Mize lost against 6 teams PCS who just lost to Raleigh in the 2nd round. Magee who was in the region with Raleigh and was 3rd seed. Raleigh who is rolling right now possibly the 3A championship. Lamar Academy who's is playing for the championship, Heidelberg which 2A favorite and Bay Springs is tough in a the south but turnovers killed Mize in that game...I say both played a tough schedule, it's go come down who have less turnovers

Mize will be the toughest team Wesson will play all season, If Wesson win the turnover battle then they will win the game..... I'm taking the underdog Mize 27 Wesson 20 With the 6 losses of Mize, all 6 teams going to the 2nd round playoffs, possible 3 teams winning the championship

In the regular season Wesson did beat Lumberton 7-0, and barely beat Loyd Star 49-41 who North Forest beat last night by at least 2 TD's
