Who knows? Hopefully it can't be much worse for MSU and OM than last year. With the all turnover of rosters now in all the major sports, you're never going to know from one year to the next what you're going to have.

I understand him being true to who he's been all year, but that last 4th down not taking points when he needed two scores - I don't know. Early in the game, it's fine. But late in the game it's different. The more time that is left, the more possible scenarios of what can occur there are.

As is usually the case, the lingering dangerous ice spots on the roads in many areas, are where the sun didn't hit yesterday. The full sun areas are gone. I know they all couldn't be remedied, but many of the areas could be eliminated by removing trees further back. I know it has to do with right-of-way in part. But this is a danger that cost lives. Maybe not a large number, but at least some. I don't see why we couldn't get something done on this. But I guess I do know. It would take some government leadership and cooperation. In some cases it would help with power outages and accidents with downed trees after storms also.

It sounds like Bama fans are disappointed. They would have rather had Kiffin short of one of the other names mentioned.

Saban told the players he'll still be around and have an office. So I'd think the hire would have to be someone he could get along with. It'd make me think he's already signed off on who they have in mind.

I wouldn't disagree on Browns, just hard to say what they'll get in QB play. Outside of that, I'd say their overall roster as good as any. The NFL playoffs are almost like a different sport from regular season. They let them play. The advantage goes to the most physical teams more like old school football.

On Judkins, as far as being set up to win, there aren't many better opportunities. I know he was hurt some this year, but I don't know that he did much someone else couldn't have.

I wondered about Blanton. I think he wants to play baseball too.

The last TE State had playing QB worked out pretty well. Having a pretty good year in NFL. But, yeah, Jefferson's not exactly the same deal. I did wonder about him earlier on.
