Your avatar is holding up the mod shield. How nifty is that? LOL!

Now it's in the Introductions thread. It's a booger of a hack job.

General chat is the only thread left that needs attention.

Y’all better regroup this week and flush the Clarksdale game. If that game did what I think it did West Point should be in great shape from now till November 30th.

I don’t think it’s a possibility at all. It’s now the reality.

It looks like Florence has to go to Natchez, so that might set the pecking order in region 3. If Natchez wins I don’t think they get dethroned. It’ll be too little, too late at that point. Then there’s your ol’ nemesis and thorn in the flesh Laurel on the other side. 5A South is going to be like the Wild Wild West come playoff time.

If there’s a lot riding on that then Lord help us.

Is it still fair game in 5A? LOL

Ouch. Do we even want to ask what happened?

Marcus is getting it figured out.

That had to have been a thriller

George County 28 Hancock 26 final

I’ll eat my crow Dub. You can cook it however you want. Just wrap it in foil and let the engine block cook it.

I feel like it's going to be an uphill climb to even get that done. It'll all be over real soon, so that's the good news if you want to call it that.

I just want my free box of chicken and my $50 dollars when I buy my couch from Frankie & Johnny's.

You're right about that. It doesn't matter at all, but it's a stat that's out there.

I finally made my pick today on this matchup. It'll be a great one to see for the folks that will be there. With that being said, I just couldn't pick against George County. I have no issues with Hancock whatsoever, but in order for them to have gotten my vote, they would need to be up on the ladder a few rungs and right now they just haven't made that ascent yet. I feel like George County is probably on the first rung at this point, so that's why they got my vote. Let's see if George County can climb up a rung or two tonight.

3 of the 4 6A regions have winning records. There are zero, nada, zilch 5A regions with winning records. I feel like that has something to do with it.

That's the beauty of high school football. Some things just don't make sense.

Y’all will get your rematch with Clarksdale. Right now y’all just have to handle riding shotgun for a little while.

That’s a true statement. When they have to play again you know that Clarksdale is going to feel good about their game plan. Hopefully West Point can go back, look at the film and see what they need to correct.

It is, but kudos to Clarksdale for having a game plan to beat West Point. It was not an easy feat and they pulled it off.

This probably won’t be the last time we see this matchup this football season. Clarksdale better be prepared to beat them twice.

Ok. If Murrah had won that game, that would have been the upset of the decade or century or whatever timeframe you could come up with.

So did Madison Central win that ballgame or not?
