True story: Just a few years ago my dad stopped at the Love's in Magee to get gas. Lets just say there was a shoot 'em up while he was pumping gas. I'm just glad he didn't get caught up in it.

Nice tribute to Tib there. I remember when me, him, and HighTide got monsooned on at Pascagoula. Good memories. Thankfully it looks like the rain has moved on out down here in Picayune, so it should be a good night for football.

South Jackson and Hughes are ok. Forest Hill does have their stadium on campus. Like Vott has mentioned before, the one you want to avoid is the North Jackson field.

It would be nice to bounce back. Sometimes it's just hard to see the forest for the trees.

That 9th grade team y'all got is the real deal.

Don't be so disheartened. Week 4 against us might be a "who sucks less" game.

Exactly. That's why it won't happen LOL.

It was.

Based off of what I've heard, he was upset with the fact that they replaced the one playoff game with a 10th regular season game. If anything they should probably expand the JUCO playoffs because before it was only the top two from the North and South to get in and it's a 14 team league. At least have the top 3 from each half get in and give the two 1 seeds a first round bye. Have the 2 seed host the 3 seed the first round, then have the winner travel to the 1 seed for the semi-finals.

It was actually a span of 26 years and 3 days, from 8/25/2000 to 8/28/2026.

Is Pascagoula going to be more run oriented? The reason why I ask that is because the new coach said he wanted to get his RB 1500 yards this season.

I will say this. It appeared that no offensive adjustments were made against Gulfport. Now was that by design or by choice? I really don't know, but to just throw in the towel like that is just completely uncharacteristic of a Maroon Tide team. I personally have no desire for performances like that to continue regardless of opponent.

This thing's impossible to watch. The Warren Central guy and the Germantown guy have their microphones muted.

If we would have been able to go blow for blow with Gulfport and lose it at the end I wouldn't be too concerned, but that did not happen at all. Picayune needs some self reflection this week.
