Then have up to 10 non football schools in NE Mississippi and split them into multiple regions. Some schools in the Delta/Starkville area get 1st round byes in the football playoffs. I suppose I miscounted, take East Webster and St.Andrews back to 2A. East Webster would move up if someone from above (Water Valley) turns in less than 229. Philadelphia, Kemper, Velma Jackson, and Scott Central are all possibilities. Scott Central is the furtherest school south out of those schools.
