Pretty sure for football, in 2A, 3A, and 4A there will be 8 5 team regions so 40 in each class. There may be a couple extra non football playing schools, but I think usually reclassification is done with football as the main source of reclassifying. Mize and or Raleigh may go to Region 8. If there 6 schools around Brookaven then 1 will be in Region 8 most likely Bogue Chitto or Enterprise Lincoln. One thing to remember it seems that Region 7 will be set unless there is 6 or 4 schools in Brookhaven area. Then 1 gas to travel east to Region 8 or 1 has to travel to Brookhaven say maybe East Marion, Sacred Heart, or Collins. Hopefully there will be at least 5 2A schools in the Brookhaven area and or more than just Perry Central down south. We may end up with 3 or 4 schools including Puckett, Raleigh, Mize, Bay Springs, and Heidelberg all traveling South and Southwest. All of sudden travel for everyone south of Jackson just like 5A/6A currently. With 6 schools in Brookhaven area who travels east or northeast towards Mize or Perry Central.
