Terry @ Hattiesburg

Sometimes the beauty of high school football is you have to throw all logic out the window.   Hattiesburg definitely has a good offense and they can move the football, but then you get caught in the cat and mouse game.  I kind of think the X-factor will be if Terry can neutralize Hattiesburg's offense.  If they can't, then that's obviously a path to a Hattiesburg win.

This game could also come down to special teams because the only place Hattiesburg struggled last week was on PAT's.  They had one blocked, missed one wide, and they elected to chase points.  PRC couldn't stop them from moving down the field and scoring, but they were able to stop them on the two point tries. I think Hattiesburg only had one successful two point try last week.

Your not wrong but my only thing is can Terry's offense actually produce? If Terry doesn't have any good sustaining/scoring drives and keep the defense off the field like they couldn't do against WJ then I don't know. I just don't see Hburg not scoring at least 2 or 3 tds for 4 quarters.

Hattiesburg just does not need to let Terry hang around in a 1-score game in the 2nd half. The West Jones Terry score should have been 10 or 14 to zero at half.

West moved the ball the whole 1st half, went for it on 4th down twice in field goal range and were stopped. Then, threw an interception at the goal line right

before halftime that led to the safety. In the 2nd half, Terry defense picked it up some, knowing they were still in the game and had a chance to pull the upset.

They can throw it too, the lefty QB put some balls on the money late in that game that would have been TDs, if not for the WJ DB making a play.
