West Point should still be the favorites out of 5A North until they get dethroned and that hasn’t happened yet. Their loss to Clarksdale wasn’t detrimental by any means. They give off 2017 Cleveland Central vibes where they went into the playoffs undefeated. Fans were saying “We Want West Point” and then ended up being upset in the first round by Lake Cormorant. I still look back at Holmes’ game against Florence where their defense which is suppose to be their strength was lit up and barely escaped 42-40.
