If so its looking for players or diamonds in the rough so to speak for recruiting. And yes they do need help in certain areas possibly in coaching. They could go for it every year, but its the MHSAA decision to where to have it. What are they going broke ? I doubt that it draws very many people from the immediate locale . As does the other long ride to nowhere Oxford. Both are a dead atmosphere compared to the rock. They should have built a football venue instead of that stupid baseball stadium in Biloxi . That would have been a good place every year The Rock is definitely the best venue for hosting the state championships by far. I agree that they need to settle on one venue and stop the bouncing around. There appears to not be any rhyme or reason in the selection process. Is it first come, first serve? If that's the case, it sounds like a total clownshow. At least back when they were all hosted at the Vet, there wasn't any guessing as to where the championships would be held.
