After a bad game vs Petal and a bad 1st half vs Laurel, Hattiesburg played Hattiesburg football in the 2nd half. BigFan100 Posted September 6, 2025 Share Posted September 6, 2025 We had 20 penalties last night 30+ in 2 games. Not including turnovers if we can clean half of them up I will be happy. We are still trying to find our identity and HHS football I guess. Defense are the strength of this team OC Gibbs haven't caught up yet questionable play calling from him. I like my chances of winning this game cause we're getting better every Friday just cant go backwards. I think we did good without TK in the last 2 games also our starting Rb was out last night. I knew it was gonna be chippy after what got posted on social media by the Laurel player. It was a smart decision by both coaches to agree before the game not to shake hands. There are rumors they were told any more fights this year (had 2 last year) and they looking at a multiple season post season ban.
