    They are definitely consolidating.

    Possibly. I know some of those places have the district pay, and then booster club takes up huge donations to supplement coach salaries. Others like on the coast have Oil Rig/Casino money that drives theirs up.

    Outside of the coast, Madison County, and like Tupelo, Oxford, not very much. Most get like a $5K supplement added to their teaching salaries.

    Jason Moore was promoted to HC at Madison St. Joe. Per Brandon Shields.

    Jay Smith. His dad was Mike Smith that won state at Hinds CC back in the 90s. He’s been coaching quite a while and has at least a decade or more of DC experience.
