He was an assistant under Frank Skipper in 1966. They were beyond awful.

pancho, do you remember Kozy Kitten cat food? They ain’t made it in a long time, but where did they make it?

Hey we’ve all had to eat some crow around here. Don’t sweat it.

5A, 6A or 7A big. Does it fall within one of those classifications?

You're not an outsider.

He coached at Stanislaus in 2023.

It looks like Greene County is now open.

Negative

Feaster needs to prove that he can turn a program around. If he does that he can pretty much pick the job he wants or doesn't want. All the leverage would be on his side if that makes sense.

If the OC from Hattiesburg gets the Bay job, then who does Hattiesburg get? Their current DC or someone else on staff?

Those that are in the know are keeping it hush hush. Feaster is a great coach, but I don't know if that's the right move here. Because Hattiesburg just came off of a state title appearance, they don't need to go reinvent the wheel. Promoting from within would make the most sense.

If King goes to Hancock, then that probably means the Theodore, AL coach is going to George. It's probably solid hires for either school if that were to be the case.

@Prepball88said it was King on the open jobs thread. Take that as you will.

This move wouldn't make sense at all, but I guess we will all find out. If that's who they get, then I guess they got who they wanted. Just doesn't make sense since this would be his 4th different head coaching gig in 4 years.

You can still come to Picayune and check it out. Picayune is supposed to be one of the host sites along with Southwest in Summit.

Can I use dryer lint as currency? I've got plenty of that LOL.

Watch St. Martin win the whole shebang LOL.

Theodore's only loss that year was to Saraland and Saraland's only loss that year was to Theodore. It just so happened that Theodore picked the wrong time to split with Saraland.

For this inaugural pilot season the 12 teams will be Brandon, East Central, George County, McComb, Meridian, Oak Grove, Perry Central, Picayune, Richland, South Pike, St. Martin, and Vancleave.

you would be getting some NFL money. It may not be much, but it's NFL money.

I'm sure somebody will. Ain't this what the old powderpuff football used to be?

He was dangerously fast and hard-nosed. He was definitely capable of making a play. Made a bunch on defense too.

Picayune should have a taller QB this year, but I'll miss Bam though.

You would think that if Ocean Springs can have success, then so can St. Martin but it's really not the case at all. It would probably be easier to get Moss Point turned around and become a perennial power again, than it would be at St. Martin. It's just a really tough spot there.

Well hopefully they can get someone in there that'll fight tooth and nail to get things turned around. I wish whoever gets this job the absolute best.
