Brannon got Clarkdale to 6-0 to start the season back in 2022 and Roberts has done the same here in 2025. He has a chance to make some history in getting them to 7-0 and I think he can do it. I'm like you, I'm on the Clarkdale train as well, but if Clarkdale loses this game it's not detrimental at all. It's a non-district game, so if you're gonna lose one this is the one to lose. Win or lose, Clarkdale will be better for playing this game and so will Union. As far as I'm concerned, both teams are winners for playing this game regardless of outcome on the scoreboard.

PRC is sitting at 4-1 with their only loss being to Poplarville. With the way Region 4-6A is looking, they can lock up a winning record with ease and they very well could knock off some teams in district play that I honestly thought before the season started they would lose to.

This is like a rusty pail with holes all in the bottom. If this is what they are saying, I don't know if a whole gallon can of Flex Seal would help.

Did the fact that Lafayette went 0-10 last year factor into this decision? If so, there's 9 other schools they probably shouldn't be playing either.

What about Ridgeland sitting at 5-0? Last year they went 6-5. I don’t know if they’ll be a threat, but that’s a significant turnaround.

The rivalry favors Oxford by 1 game 27-26-2. Seems kind of petty because there's way more rivalries in Mississippi that are more lopsided and get played more frequently.

Biloxi really messed up with French. He was doing as well as one could do there and you see where that has gotten them. I really think French was trying to fill the hole in, but now they are back to excavating.

That's the thing about Goula. You never know what you are going to get with them and you've got to prepare for them like they are an undefeated juggernaut.

Terry won't have difficulty with those Jackson schools and if they knock off West and George, they very well could be undefeated going into the last regular season game. I just want some decent weather Friday night. If I've got to load up the pirogue and push pole before I leave for Pascagoula Friday, I'd like to get those logistics taken care of beforehand. LOL

I agree with that. Picayune, PRC, and Gautier should win this Friday. I'm curious to see what Pascagoula team shows up though because they have a tendency to be up and down. PRC should roll against Hancock and that will be huge for them because that essentially will lock up a playoff berth for them. I don't know why High was sitting on the Stone side last Friday night, but maybe Stone inspired him to score some points this Friday night.
