That was a sure loss for us LOL. We knew the drive home from Waynesboro was going to be a long one.

Is this something that would make the news or is it something they would sweep under the rug?

If West Jones wins Friday night, they will be the #1 seed in Region 3. As bad as things may seem internally, I can assure you those boys want to win. I just know that if it was us facing y'all for a district championship, it would be a dang war. And if the chalk holds, there will be one in Soso/Calhoun in less than a month.

I feel like Laurel has done just enough to make a playoff berth, but that's it. This whole rewarding bad football teams is the product of having too many classifications and having too many teams make the playoffs.

I would lean toward West being favored, but I'm not fully convinced they will steam roll Hattiesburg. If Hattiesburg can show up and play focused football, West will have their hands full. I'm not saying it happens, but there's also a plausible scenario in which Hattiesburg can win. There will be ebb and flow in this game. The team with the least amount of ebb should win this one.

And Lake Cormorant is a fairly new school isn't it? Is it one of those DeSoto County expansion schools?

So who do you think the favorite is out of the North? I realize y'all lost to South Panola, but would y'all lose to them again if y'all had to face off with them again in the playoffs?

Talk about Hancock’s win over Gautier last night. That helped PRC get the 4 seed and now Gautier is in the same boat as Long Beach.

Why? So they can get beat at that too?

And Enterprise lost to Clarkdale again. This is becoming like clockwork.
