McComb’s on deck for the top 10 with their impressive win over Mendenhall. Why does 1-2 Brandon look so goofy in the top 10? I think it’s one of those brain tricks LOL

Columbia ran circles around Petal. Definitely not a surprise.

Exactly

Dang that’s impressive and had to do it via comeback style.

I think you tricked people with your poll. I didn’t fall for the 3rd choice LOL!

I couldn't remember LOL! I used to just enjoy reading this board back in the day when there was a pile of Moderators. The content was so good I didn't even have to create an account and post LOL!

Regardless of what has occurred here, how do you go from a termination of a whole coaching staff during the active part of the football season to having the interim coach already in place that quickly? That's less than a 16 hour turnaround there. Seems just bizarre to me.

Y'all aught to have a good night of football at DI Patrick. Make sure Vott is doing ok LOL!

I realize this is off topic, but whatever happened to Grahf & kittengirl? Weren't they some big time Ole Miss fans like you? Even though I'm not an Ole Miss fan, they kept the board entertaining.

They must have been looking for a reason to get rid of the Shaw coaches. Something definitely seems fishy about this.

The good news is the games have to be played. After Saturday we'll find out what both State and OM are made of and if the all white unis for State at home are truly a curse.

Can't really argue with this.

It could be bad Deonte and it very may well be, but if Hattiesburg doesn't even remotely show up on their home turf then what's the point? I think there may be a pulse in there somewhere. It just needs to show up on the field. This is a great test for Tony Vance. Win or lose he will need to put his best coaching foot forward.

I fully expect Columbia to run circles around Petal.

Does dot have an opponent this week? He never seems to have any competition.

They’ve played East Central and Greene County so far.

It's all good there Wammies. I've already got free lodging squared away in Oxford in case it does. Wink. Wink.

Yes that's correct. Anything can happen, but the weather down here in Picayune isn't as adverse as it is in Oxford. I was out mowing my grass on Dec. 31st. back in 2021 and I never thought I'd have to do that.

Dub, that's why I made the topic. It was definitely some pertinent information and who knows what will happen? It'll definitely shake some things up now.
