Thats gonna cause a lot of good candidates to not consider the job because they would have to take a pay cut. The DC from Sumrall turned the job down because of the pay. But they won’t come. They will complain on social media, but that’s all they will do. I go to the board meetings, and there are hardly ever anybody at them. Hillman will have his man put up for a vote that will probably go 3-2. Meeting will probably be at 10 am when know one knows to show up. I'm not sure as to why the new coach would not be able to bring in his own staff. From what I understand, there is going to be a mass exodus of teachers at the end of this school year. I doubt any of the current staff would stay considering they didn't get the job. There was only 4 football coaches last year, one was the baseball coach.
