We gonna have a heck of a ball game under them Friday night lights and I cannot wait. Two great fanbases pulling for there teams to make it too the big dance at Vaught Hemingway Stadium. This is good times for both programs and their fanbases. Hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving and let's enjoy this week cause we got a helluva a ballgame this Friday night. Thanks for the correction, Merlin., I only saw him on youtube vs Terry #2. I know he was booming them into the endzone and they let him try one from 48 that came up way short. I just assumed if he's reaching the endzone on kickoffs and they are letting him try such a long field goal he must be pretty good at fgs as well. assumption on my part. obviously kickoffs and field goals are different animals. He tried 2 from 48. One way short. Other bad the distance but wide left. He hits from 52 with no tee in practice and warmups. But in game he’s missed most his attempts this year and I don’t think he made one over 30 yards. Guys the already bad parking will be even worse since we are building a 2nd gym by the middle school that has taken several 100 spots. There will be cars on both sides of Springhill an Old Soso road. Those ain’t that bad, but the later you get there, the further you have to walk. If you early enough there are lots by the baseball field an PAC building. They ought to open up that pasture in the Y that Springhill and Old Soso Road makes for parking , but that’s probably private land though. Exactly, I been saying that for years. The Jones County Board of Education should do whatever it takes, and what politicians are good at (beg, blackmail, cheat, steal...etc) to acquire that pasture.
