Taylorsville is the favorite in region. That region may be very weak below them and Stringer.

I agree with Taylorsville being the preseason favorite, but by a very thin margin. They graduated a huge senior class including pretty much the entirety of their defense and offensive line. I think Stringer is capable of winning that game this year especially with them hosting. Look for that to be a competitive matchup to essentially decide who gets to host Simmons in the 3rd round.

After them, you are correct about the drop off. Lumberton has a really talented QB, but they graduated a large senior class as well and will be trying to build anything they can around him.

Heard Enterprise looked physical in their jamboree against Kemper

They did on video from what I saw. Tied 14-14.

Stringer’s jamboree kind of got off schedule due to unforeseen circumstances, so they played more of a scrimmage against Perry Central and South Choctaw (AL). Did not keep score or have a running clock. Offensively, they exceeded my expectations. I think they ran around 20 plays against both teams and scored 5-6 touchdowns collectively. Defense was physical, but needs to make several adjustments before Friday night. They gave up too many big plays.

I think them and Enterprise will be a good matchup overall. Very possible that it comes down to a touchdown or less in my personal opinion.

Ahhh - so the 50 piece is possible.  Thanks for the confirmation on that.
