Lake will finish #2 in their region, but the only way they would make it to South state would mean they have to beat Mize or Heidelberg in round 3. And that ain’t happening, not even close. Heck we were beating Lake at halftime 42-0 in the first round last season. Lake may wouldn’t even make the playoffs if they were in region 6. Either way they would have to get by the winner of region 6 in round 3, whether it’s Heidelberg or Mize. And regardless of who that is, that’s not gonna happen. It’s possible that Lake wouldn’t even make the playoffs if they were in region 6. Their entire region was swept in the first round last season.
