There’s def a lot of hype around the transfer from what I’ve seen.

Like I mentioned on a previous post, his Hudl highlights are very good. Just hope he can get good chemistry between all the WR's in the next 6 weeks. I wouldnt exactly say he is QB1 right now either. He will definitely have to earn the job when practice starts in a couple weeks.

Let's be real... you don't make that move not knowing you aren't starting.

We will see.  On his Hudl highlights he looks really impressive. But what kind of competition was he playing against is the question. Those highlights could have been against really bad teams where he put up crazy numbers. And he could have struggled against teams who were equally good or better.

If his highlights are from him playing at Milton he’s definitely more than ready for MS football. He’s easily QB1 for Hattiesburg from what we all saw this spring.

From what I’ve seen, good ability to get rid of the ball on time, good accuracy but below average arm strength. I could be wrong but I’d have to say a lot of his highlights came from when he was in Wisconsin based off the all white secondaries. Did he ever actually play for Milton? Looks like he transferred there this past Christmas.

I would have questions as well if that were the case. You saw the highlights as well and even noticed it. Those kids 40’s in the secondary were in the 5’s and had terrible reaction skills off the snap. I’m white btw and familiar with the Wisconsin high school football system.

So you're really saying Wisconsin high school football is more about power and strength and not about speed.

I mean that goes without asking but it’s been decades since a Wisconsin kid has been nationally ranked in the secondary but all the time in the OL/DL. Wasn’t meaning to make it sound that bad but it’s just like how we compare a 7A team to a small school around here.

Makes you wonder why someone would transfer to a school, play spring ball then transfer to another. Doesn’t look strange at all.

St. Thomas Aquinas' (FL) QB transferring to Milton might have had something to do with it

I mean, according to their “fans” they have 5 qbs on the roster, just wondering how that will play out

Best case: 4 will be willing to play in some position.

Worst case: 4 will decide they are better than he is and if they play receiver they will drop a few passes, half *** the routes making him look bad.

I look for middle of the way scenario. 2 may transfer soon and 2 may transfer in January.

That could cause a diversion early in the season but only time will tell

Running half ass routes and dropping passes isn't  making anyone look bad but yourself. Literally the quickest way to get in a coach doghouse besides not having any accountability. It'll play out however it will. Wouldn't be surprised at all by seeing a 2 man qb system in play.

That's not the main focus. We need want it that's a plus, but Education, scholarships, playing some great football at the highest level& becoming a man. We not the only ones not winning football SCs. That's all yall think about football SC what about other sports that HHS won in last 5-10 years(5+rings easily) more than one sports.
