TigersFan
Which New Head Coach will most successful. This is coaches in their first head job. Not ones at new schools!

David
Jake Bramlette is taking over his first head coaching position in Ocean Springs after being the offensive coordinator for the past few years. It’s not your typical situation for a rookie coach, as he will lead a talented team coming off of one of their best seasons in decades. His staff will include several up and coming coaching prospects as well, including Tracey Lampley and the Gulfport defensive coordinator coming in with his heavily recruited son. maroontide06
This may not fit the qualification of New Head Coach, which your title is so named, but it does fit the qualifications of the coach being in his first job and not at a new school. Cody Stogner is 37-4 after 3 completed football seasons with two state titles. That may be lightning in a bottle so to speak, but you'll be hard pressed to find greater success in that short of a time span for a "new coach".

I really think this guy is in over his head. I heard from several Community members that he wasn't even the 1st, 2nd or 3rd choice. His only experience is a jr. high coach at Madison Central and I believe he helped out on Friday Nights. The one thing he has going for him is he is a local legend(only in high school I don't think he ever sniffed the field in College if so very little). I've driven by and have seen them out there practicing late which I can say thats more than the last guy they had there. He never stayed past 5pm practicing. TigersFan
Some good observations. It will be interesting to see what Bramellete and Griffin do. I know some schools like Stone, West Marion, J.Z George, and Salem have new coaches. Who else?

I’d give his college career a little more credit than this. Sounds like he is practicing so not sure of the problem and not to sound elitist but perry central might not be as attractive a job as some others think. They practiced at different times and played on different days. There are about 6 coaches that do double duty like that in the Jag Zone. He was at every practice and worked with the running backs.

There are a lot of guys who aren’t the 1st, 2nd, 3rd choice and they work out. He spent several years as a varsity assistant. I’m betting he would probably appreciate your help if he’s in over his head though.
